Qualifications

  • Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields.
  • Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
  • Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to collaborate and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
  • Provide excellent client care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Utilize creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
  • Prepare and submit session documentation per company guidelines.
  • For Full-Time, maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week.
  • Coordinate services with other care providers and school personnel as needed.
  • Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
