Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. Therapists join as 1099 contractors, with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, to deliver telehealth mental health care to individuals, couples, and families.

Compensation includes $80 per 53‑minute hourly session, guaranteed biweekly direct deposit, and payment protection for no‑shows, late cancellations, and denied claims.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in Washington
• Must hold a valid NPI number
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth
