Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. LMHCs in the network are 1099 contractors with no minimum caseload and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) and guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit, plus payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. Remote work is allowed; training and admin support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW license in WA
• Valid NPI number
• Licensed to practice in Washington for telehealth
• Eligible for telehealth delivery across WAUS

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling to clients in WA
• Maintain client notes and sessions per schedule
• Collaborate with Rula team for referrals and credentialing
