Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington, offering 1099 contractor roles with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and protection for no-shows and denied claims.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC/LICSW/LMFT.
• Valid NPI required.

• Manage flexible schedule and accept referrals as assigned by Rula.
• Rula handles billing, claims, and administrative tasks; clinicians focus on sessions and notes.
