Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. seeks a Vermont-licensed Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time telehealth role servicing individuals, couples and families.

The position requires comfort with remote delivery, strong assessment and record-keeping, and adherence to Vermont LMFT guidelines. The ideal candidate will bring a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, an active Vermont LMFT license, and proven experience delivering therapy remotely with careful boundary setting and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LMFT license in Vermont.
• Experience delivering therapy to individuals, couples and families.
• Strong clinical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate online sessions with individuals, couples, and family members.
• Help clients examine recurring relationship concerns and family dynamics.
• Work through issues involving parenting, separation, grief, and changes in family roles.
• Bring structure to difficult conversations when emotions are running high.
• Record relevant information from each session.
• Keep required case documentation complete and organized.
• Seek consultation when a case becomes more complex.
• Maintain appropriate boundaries and protect client privacy.
• Practice in accordance with Vermont LMFT requirements.
