Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote/telehealth role in West Virginia. The position focuses on individuals, couples, and families dealing with relationship strain, parenting concerns, and life changes, with notes and documentation handled by the therapist.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a competitive salary. The role requires WV licensure, strong clinical skills, and comfort with telehealth platforms and EHR

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in MFT or related field required.
• Active LMFT license in West Virginia required.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Strong clinical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• See individuals, couples, and families through virtual appointments.
• Help clients talk through recurring problems at home or in their relationships.
• Support families during periods of change, loss, or conflict.
• Keep case notes and required documentation in order.
• Use professional judgment when a situation needs closer attention.
• Coordinate with other services when therapy alone is not enough.
• Maintain privacy, clear boundaries, and ethical practice.
• Meet West Virginia requirements for LMFT practice.
