Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd in Vermont seeks a Vermont-licensed LMFT to provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 AM–5:00 PM) with comprehensive benefits and full remote coverage within telehealth settings.

You will conduct virtual therapy sessions, review history, address communication and life-change concerns, and maintain accurate clinical records while complying with Vermont LMFT licensing and telehealth

Qualifications

• Active Vermont LMFT license in good standing.
• Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families.
• Review relationship history, family concerns, and current stressors.
• Help clients address communication problems, conflict, grief, and life changes.
• Establish a clear direction for therapy based on the issues presented.
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical records.
• Recognize risk concerns and respond according to established procedures.
• Follow Vermont LMFT licensing and telehealth requirements.
