Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd in Illinois is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote/telehealth role. You will provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families, helping clients address relationship issues, family tension, and life transitions.

The role requires an active Illinois LMFT license and a Master’s degree in MFT or a related field, with 2 weeks PTO, health insurance, and a 401K plan with a 3% company match.

Qualifications

• Active LMFT license in Illinois.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling for individuals, couples, and families.
• Evaluate client concerns and establish treatment goals.
• Use evidence-based therapy approaches that fit each client’s needs.
• Support clients through relationship challenges, parenting concerns, and life adjustments.
• Complete session notes, treatment updates, and other required records.
