Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide telehealth counseling to individuals, couples, and families in Delaware from a remote setting.

The role involves conducting therapy sessions, managing treatment plans, and helping clients make meaningful changes in their personal and family lives. You will work with clients on relationship difficulties, family conflict, anxiety, and major life changes, ensuring sessions are documented and compliant with

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in MFT or related field.
• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Delaware.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or relational systems.
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms.
• Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills.
• Knowledge of family systems theory and evidence-based interventions.
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency.
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace suitable for confidential sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling through a secure telehealth platform.
• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' concerns, histories, and family relationships.
• Develop treatment plans with clear goals based on each client's circumstances.
• Use appropriate therapeutic techniques to address communication problems, relationship conflict, and emotional difficulties.
• Work with clients on practical ways to manage stress, navigate family challenges, and improve relationships.
• Review client progress regularly and update treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate session notes, assessments, and other required clinical records.
• Recognize potential safety concerns and follow appropriate clinical protocols.
• Arrange referrals and coordinate with other healthcare providers when additional support is needed.
• Follow Delaware licensing regulations, professional ethics, and patient confidentiality requirements.
