Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to support individuals and couples in Delaware through a remote mental health practice. You will provide evidence-based therapy, assess psychosocial factors, and establish measurable treatment goals to improve relationship dynamics and personal well-being.

The role requires a valid Delaware LMFT license, a Master’s degree in MFT, and prior clinical experience. You will work from home with a predictable schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline.
• Active Delaware LMFT license.
• Prior experience in clinical mental health settings.
• Ability to manage a consistent caseload remotely.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled virtual therapy sessions for individuals and couples
• Complete clinical evaluations and gather relevant psychosocial information
• Establish treatment priorities and measurable therapeutic goals
• Create and update treatment plans throughout the course of care
• Document sessions, progress, and clinical decisions accurately and on time
• Refer clients for additional services when needs fall outside the scope of treatment
• Maintain compliance with Delaware licensing standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional ethics
