Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd seeks a licensed LMFT for remote, full-time telehealth therapy in Mississippi. You will provide video-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, addressing relationship stress, parenting concerns, and family dynamics.

The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, careful documentation, and strict adherence to confidentiality and telehealth/LMFT guidelines. A Mississippi license is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active LMFT license in Mississippi in good standing.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and online records.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual sessions with individuals, couples, and families.
• Help clients talk through relationship or family challenges.
• Address parenting, separation, loss, and household changes.
• Maintain accurate case notes and records.
• Identify when clinical escalation is needed.
• Coordinate with clinical contacts when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and boundaries.
• Follow Mississippi LMFT, HIPAA, telehealth guidelines.
