Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD) to deliver high-quality telehealth across our general mental health program. Therapists also have the opportunity to opt into specialized care tracks including Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years of CBT and evidence-based therapies for adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfort treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-friendly and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Commit to minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); ACT, DBT, and EMDR welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
