Job summary

Brightside Health in the United States is seeking licensed mental health therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD) to deliver high-quality telehealth across general mental health programs.

Therapists work 100% remotely as 1099 contractors, build a flexible private practice with strong clinical support, and participate in specialized tracks like Suicide Prevention and IOP. Minimum 9 hours per week across at least 2 days.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years of experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; other modalities welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
