Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists (LMFT, LCSW, etc.) to provide telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. This 100% remote, 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling and strong clinical support.

You will deliver weekly telehealth sessions, use evidence-based approaches, and benefit from streamlined billing and insurance processes while expanding access to care.

Qualifications

• Licensed LMFT with active license in the relevant state.
• Experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Telehealth experience required.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Willing to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth sessions (video-based) to individuals.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol and related modalities.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
