Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with full scheduling autonomy and no minimum caseload. You’ll focus on delivering quality client care while Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and insurance details.

Sessions are paid at $80 per hourly session (53 minutes). Payment is guaranteed every two weeks via direct deposit, with protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Remote work options and credentialing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions.
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with Rula team for referrals and administrative tasks.
