Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. You will work as a 1099 contractor with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, while Rula handles billing, insurance, and the EHR support so you can focus on client care.

You’ll earn $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks and protection against no-shows and late cancellations. Credentialing is fast, referrals are provided, and a supportive clinician community backs you.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMHC/Licensed LMFT/LICSW and licensed in Washington.
• Valid NPI and ability to provide telehealth.
• Contractor status (1099) with schedule autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions to clients.
• Maintain client notes in the EHR and manage documentation.
• Coordinate with admin for billing, claims, and credentialing support.
