Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington and seeks Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join as 1099 contractors working remotely. You’ll provide telehealth sessions, maintain notes, and collaborate with a growing therapist community while enjoying schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

Compensation features include LMFT/LMHC rate of $80 per 53-minute session, guaranteed biweekly payments, and a $20 uplift for in-person sessions, plus access to CEU podcasts

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMFT services to clients in Washington.
• Maintain notes and documentation in the EHR.
• Engage in case consultations and therapy community activities.
• Coordinate with Rula for admin support and billing processes.
