Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington to deliver behavioral health care through a flexible telehealth model. Clinicians act as 1099 contractors with full scheduling autonomy and no minimum caseloads, while Rula handles insurance billing, claims, and administrative support.

LMHCs, LMFTs, and LICSWs licensed in Washington can join and receive guaranteed biweekly payments for hourly sessions, plus a per-incident in-person session bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC services to clients and families.
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation.
• Coordinate with scheduling and billing processes via Rula.
