Rula is a behavioral health platform expanding its nationwide network of licensed providers. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy, choosing when and how often to see clients.

Compensation includes LMHC rate of $80 per 53-minute session, with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows or denied claims. In-person sessions include a $20 base pay increase, and telehealth is supported.

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.
