Rula is building a nationwide network of licensed clinicians delivering behavioral health care. Contractors (1099) have full schedule autonomy, no minimum caseloads, and direct access to support for billing, claims, and EHR management.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly payments, plus protection for no-shows and cancellations. Rula focuses on clinical excellence while handling administrative tasks and referrals.
