Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers across the country and is seeking LMHC-eligible therapists to join as 1099 contractors. Sessions are conducted via telehealth with flexible scheduling autonomy.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) paid biweekly, with payment protection for no-shows and cancellations. New providers can receive a $20 per in-person session bonus when seeing in-person clients.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI for clinical practice.
• Must be licensed in Washington state.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients.
• Maintain accurate client notes and documentation.
• Coordinate with Rula admin for billing and claims.
