Qualifications

• Licensed and certified as an LMFT with a current Washington state license.
• Graduate from an LMFT program.
• Strong compassion and integrity in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Support patients with compassionate care.
• Conduct assessments of their current state.
• Develop a treatment plan to help them improve.
• Maintain accurate and prompt patient documentation.
• Refer patients for psychiatry services when appropriate.
• Collaborate with executive team to improve patient experience and outcomes.
