Touchstone Wellness & Psychotherapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time, remote role primarily serving clients via telehealth from Irvine, CA. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, client-centered care and develop individualized treatment plans.

You will conduct psychosocial assessments, provide individual/family/group therapy, document in EHRs, and coordinate with community resources to support

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current California LMFT licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years in outpatient mental health settings.
• Strong written communication for clinical notes and treatment summaries.
• Experience with mental status exams and identifying changes in client health.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and external agencies.
• Document treatment plans and clinical notes in EHRs.
• Participate in team consultations to improve care strategies.
