Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed providers and offers 1099 contractor roles for LMHCs, LMFTs, or LICSWs who can deliver telehealth sessions. Providers choose their own schedules and enjoy client referrals, billing support, and EHR handling by Rula.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit, plus benefits like no-show protections. In-person boosts and ongoing credentialing support are available to eligible providers.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW with WA licensure.
• Must have valid NPI.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions to clients.
• Manage session notes and documentation.
• Maintain credentialing and enrollment processes with insurers.
