Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Providers operate as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy, choosing when and how many sessions to accept.

Compensation for LMHCs is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Rula handles billing, insurance, and admin, allowing you to focus on client care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington.
• Ability to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth LMFT/LICSW/LMHC sessions with clients.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant notes and EHR records.
• Coordinate with admin and insurers; handle scheduling.
