Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC sessions via telehealth.
• Maintain client notes and EHR per policy.
• Coordinate with billing and admin for claims.
