Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed mental health providers in Washington. We offer 1099 contractor roles with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload, letting you focus on delivering high‑quality care to clients via telehealth.

As an LMHC/LMFT/LICSW, you’ll earn $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with biweekly direct deposit and no-show protections. You’ll be supported by our admin team for billing, claims, and EHR, while you complete sessions and notes and build your practice.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide sessions and maintain notes for telehealth therapy.
• Work with admin on billing, claims, and EHR maintenance.
• Maintain professional documentation and client records.
