Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington, offering 1099 contract opportunities for LMHCs. Providers set their own schedules and will deliver telehealth sessions (53 minutes) with a fixed hourly rate of $80.

The role includes guaranteed biweekly payments, comprehensive admin support, billing, and EHR management. Credentialing is streamlined by a dedicated team, allowing you to start seeing clients quickly.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions as part of the Rula network.
• Handle notes and documentation in the EHR; collaborate with billing and claims teams.
• Manage schedule autonomy and deliver sessions with clinical excellence.
• Help clients with referrals and credentialing onboarding as needed.
