Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health providers in Washington. This is a 1099 contractor role with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads. Therapists set their own hours and receive referrals while Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and admin support.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes). Payment is issued biweekly via direct deposit with protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Providers can work remotely and choose how many clients to see.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Must have Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington state.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.
