Rula is expanding its behavioral health network in Washington, inviting LMHCs and other licensed clinicians to join as 1099 contractors with flexible schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads. Providers handle sessions and notes while Rula manages billing, claims, and EHR support.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed pay every two weeks and protection for no-shows and late-cancellations. Remote work is available for WA-based clinicians.
