Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We are seeking LMHCs to deliver behavioral health care via telehealth as 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy.

You'll be paid $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows and denied claims. You decide how many clients to see and when, while Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR support.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC sessions to clients via telehealth.
• Maintain session notes and client records in the EHR.
• Coordinate with Rula billing, claims, and scheduling teams.
• Participate in credentialing and enrollment activities as needed.
