Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed providers. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload, delivering telehealth sessions to individuals, couples, and families.

You’ll receive $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), guaranteed pay every two weeks by direct deposit, and payment protection for no-shows and denied claims. Rula handles billing, claims, and insurance enrollment, letting you focus on client care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC in Washington state.
• Valid NPI is required.
• Ability to provide telehealth is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions via telehealth to individuals, couples, and families.
• Complete session notes and treatment planning.
• Coordinate with Rula admin for insurance, billing, and EHR documentation.
