Job summary
Rula is expanding its Washington provider network and hiring LMHCs as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and schedule autonomy. Therapists can deliver telehealth sessions and choose their hours while Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR support.
Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks and protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Credentialing and admin support are provided to accelerate enrollment.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed LMFT/LICSW/LMHC
- Valid NPI required
- Licensed in Washington state
- Ability to provide telehealth
