You’ll join a team that collaborates with leading AI projects to design, test, and optimize multi-step agent workflows. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex system integration and can deliver production-grade software with modular architectures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail with ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
