Job summary

RemoteJobsOne is seeking a litigators/attorneys to contribute expertise to a project focused on law and emerging technology. You will evaluate AI-generated legal content, refine briefs and memos, and provide detailed feedback to improve model accuracy and reasoning.

This is a fully remote contractor role open to candidates based in the United States. Qualified applicants will have a JD, bar admission, and substantial litigation experience, with strong writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and an active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3–15 years of post-JD legal experience with a focus on trial, appellate, or litigation work.
• Federal or state clerkship experience is valued.
• Strong legal writing; editor experience with a law journal is a plus.
• Substantial trial or appellate practice background enhances candidacy.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts with clarity and professionalism.
• Teaching or legal education experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, refine, and enhance AI-generated legal content such as briefs, arguments, and memos.
• Review AI outputs for factual/legal accuracy, rigor, and professional standards.
• Provide detailed written feedback highlighting errors and logical gaps.
• Offer expert judgment on edge cases to calibrate model behavior.
• Draft or edit sample legal language to strengthen model understanding.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a cross-functional team and deliver clear written communication.
