The New York, NY office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks a Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our Product Liability and Mass Torts Group. The ideal candidate will have a solid background and demonstrated interest in complex litigation, particularly in the areas of product liability and/or toxic torts, with expertise in consumer-facing products, consumer health, pharmaceutical products, and/or medical devices. This position involves handling all phases of litigation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and provides a unique opportunity to develop hands-on experience managing complex litigation.
