Qualifications

• Experience in a peer firm's litigation practice is preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare for pre-trial activities.
• Handle complex litigation and white-collar matters.
• Engage in commercial contractual disputes and fraud claims.
• Participate in merger-related litigation and bankruptcy issues
