Job summary

Jacoby & Meyers Accident & Injury Lawyers is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support government claims and litigation efforts. This full-time, fully remote role offers meaningful responsibilities and a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has civil litigation experience (1–3 years), strong organization, and excellent communication. Bachelor's degree or paralegal training is preferred, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Civil litigation experience preferred (1–3 years).
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases concurrently and work independently or in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent paralegal training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit government claim forms and supporting docs on time.
• Review claims for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor claim statuses and maintain detailed records of submissions.
• Track Statute of Limitations deadlines and filing actions.
• Draft summons, complaints, and ancillary documents for attorney review.
• Maintain case management software and calendar deadlines.
