• Experience at a top-tier US law firm in litigation, M&A, private equity, or capital markets.
• Ability to draft, review, and interpret complex contracts.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations for technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating remotely in multidisciplinary teams.
• Rubric-based legal analysis experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze litigation matters involving M&A, private equity, and capital markets.
• Draft and review a wide range of contracts and legal documents for clarity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a remote environment.
