Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a Litigation Graphics Consultant to design, develop, and maintain engaging graphics for litigation proceedings. You will create timelines, diagrams, and opening/closing slides, and handle video editing and format conversions.

The role requires strong graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, plus ability to collaborate with experts. Some remote work is possible with Bay Area base and trial-site support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Digital Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related concentration.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains graphics for litigation proceedings.
• Creates timelines, document excerpts, diagrams, scene recreations, and other artifacts.
• Responsible for video editing and format conversions.
• Conducts AV setup, support, and takedown, and basic IT support for case presentations.
• Ensures evidence is presented clearly in court proceedings.
• Assists with revision/improvement of diagrams/figures in expert reports.
• Assists with developing opening and closing slides (approximately 100–150).
• Revises/improves created graphics (80–100 slides).
• Collaborates with client experts and witnesses to refine graphics (up to 50 slides).
• Works with one economic and one industry expert.
• Interprets data to create graphical representations.
• Uses MS Office PowerPoint 2019 and will transition to PowerPoint 365.
• Provides time estimates for graphics requests and meets deadlines.
