Job summary

CGS is seeking a Litigation Graphics Consultant to join our team supporting a large Federal agency. The role designs, develops, and maintains graphics for litigation, creates timelines and diagrams, and handles video editing and basic IT support for case presentations.

Based in the Bay Area with remote work options, you will collaborate with experts to produce opening/closing slides and refined figures, while managing deadlines and time estimates for graphics requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Digital Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related concentration.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
• High proficiency in graphic design, infographics, and MS PowerPoint.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, MS PowerPoint, with experience in WordPress, Webflow, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and Dreamweaver preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains creative and engaging graphics for litigation proceedings.
• Creates timelines, document excerpts, diagrams, scene recreations, and other artifacts.
• Responsible for video editing and format conversions.
• Conducts Audio Visual system setup, support, and take down, plus basic IT support (printers, networking, connectivity) for case presentations.
• Ensures evidence is presented clearly in court proceedings.
• Assists with revision/improvement of diagrams/figures in expert reports.
• Assists with developing opening and closing slides (approx. 100–150 total).
• Revises/improves existing graphics (80–100 slides).
• Consults with client experts and third-party witnesses to refine graphics (up to 50 slides).
• Works with one economic and one industry expert.
• Interprets data to create graphical representations.
• Provides time estimates and meets deadlines.
• Provides 24/7 availability during the trial in San Jose, CA.
