Qualifications

• 2-year degree or Paralegal Certificate required; 4-year degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of litigation docketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes and court rules.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned shared mailboxes and docket requests.
• Docket items in a timely manner using litigation docketing software.
• Research court and agency rules and practices.

Skills

Litigation docketing experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Attention to detail

Education
