Qualifications

• 2–5 years of litigation docketing experience, with specific experience using CompuLaw Vision preferred.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes, court rules, and procedures.
• Ability to research and apply statutory/agency and/or court rules.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage assigned shared mailboxes and docket requests.
• Create and distribute accurate matter reports.
• Collaborate with the Litigation Docket Manager to improve best practices.

Skills

Litigation docketing experience

Strong attention to detail

Knowledge of court rules and procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

2-year degree or Paralegal Certificate

4-year degree in related field
