Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is a full-service litigation and business law firm seeking a Litigation Docket Specialist. This role may be filled remotely or in any Husch Blackwell location, with responsibilities spanning docketing, reporting, and rule compliance across offices.

You will review documents for deadlines, verify jurisdiction and authorities, and generate accurate matter reports. The position requires 3–5 years of docketing experience and proficiency with MS Office and research tools.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of litigation docketing experience with relevant jurisdiction knowledge.
• Experience using CompuLaw Vision and solid understanding of docketing deadlines.
• Strong research skills and ability to apply court/agency rules.

Responsibilities

• Independently docket for designated groups across offices, identifying deadlines.
• Review court dockets, verify jurisdiction, venue, and authorities.
• Create, review, and distribute accurate matter reports.
• Collaborate with the Docket Manager to improve practices and processes.
• Support the Docket Team on special projects as needed.
