Job Details

We seek an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney with strong courtroom and deposition skills, adept at case analysis, and capable of managing cases from inception to trial or resolution independently.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the New York State Bar; New Jersey admission a plus
• Minimum 2 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
• Bonus: Experience with general liability matters, slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, construction defect
• Bonus: 1st or 2nd chair trial experience
