Job summary

Candidates must be California licensed with strong academics, ready to take on responsibility, and prepared to build client-focused, strategic litigation.

You will structure discovery, handle depositions, draft motions, and prepare for trial.

Qualifications

• California licensed with 2+ years of experience in GL, business, or financial services litigation.
• Strong academic credentials and the ambition to build an extraordinary career.
• Experience structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, and drafting dispositive motions.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle cases and analyze complex issues across California.
• Structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, and manage document-intensive matters.
• Draft dispositive motions and prepare for trial with client interaction.
• Represent clients in the financial industry as a plus but not required.
