Job summary

Klinedinst PC in California is seeking an ambitious attorney with 7+ years of experience in general litigation, business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation to join our team in California locations including San Diego, Irvine, Los Angeles, or Sacramento.

The ideal candidate will independently handle GL/business matters, structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, and manage document-intensive cases while drafting dispositive motions and preparing for trial.

Qualifications

• California-licensed attorney with 7+ years in GL/business/complex civil litigation.
• Experience structuring discovery plans, taking/defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
