Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas license to practice law.
• 1+ years of civil litigation experience with property/auto liability focus.
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in general liability cases including premises liability, property damage, and auto-related claims.
• Handle cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial prep.
• Develop and execute case strategies in collaboration with firm leadership and clients.
• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient case management.
