Job summary

Candidates will work on product liability and other trial litigation matters for notable clients. Ideal applicants have 2–6 years of civil litigation experience, including pleadings, depositions, and motions, and a Michigan or Texas bar license (or waiver).

Qualifications

• 2-6 years’ experience in civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and arguing motions.
• Michigan or Texas Bar License (or ability to waive in).

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze complex legal issues in cases.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Draft and respond to motions and briefs.
• Take depositions and prep witnesses for depositions.
• Communicate with opposing counsel, experts, witnesses, and clients.
• Analyze engineering documents and other materials for production.
• Respond to deposition notices with proper objections and scope.
