Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and active U.S. bar admission in good standing.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 or comparable firm in litigation and complex transactional matters.
• Demonstrated expertise in M&A, private equity, capital markets, contract drafting, and data privacy.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to explain sophisticated legal reasoning to varied audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate remotely across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and provide feedback on complex litigation and transactional documents, including contracts involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets.
• Draft sample agreements and legal clauses based on experience with high‑value M&A transactions and private equity matters.
• Assess legal scenarios and deliver structured commentary to support AI model development, including data privacy and cross-border transactions.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to provide legal insight and ensure accuracy in simulated legal tasks and scenarios.
• Help develop legal frameworks and decision rubrics.
• Participate in iterative feedback cycles to improve training data for legal precision and real‑world applicability.
